  The guy there doesn’t want to help you. First I came to buy some valves and a sensor and he was kind of lazy to look in the system if he had them. Also I was trying to buy a robot, and he was persuading me not to buy it with excuses saying that they usually drop $300 in the summer and things like that which haven’t even happened. He made a ton of excuses and made me go to a different location saying he didn’t have what I needed. At the other location they were friendly and laughed because this store had everything that I needed. Then when I came back to return some extra items I bought (I always buy extra in case I make mistakes) I came 1min before closing time. Again he started looking at the parts to find excuses to not help me and he also stated that the return period was 14 days (online it says 30days but he was looking for excuses again). Finally his best excuse was that I had to leave because the store was already closed. Very bad service. I held my bad review the first time because I don’t like giving 1 stars but this place is bad. I would not recommend coming to this location. Hopefully they change personal soon because this is the closest location to my house 😣 the person who attended me is a Hispanic guy with glasses

  Rude, condescending, male employee, morning/early afternoon is 8/21/25. When a potential new customer enters, without knowledge of pool services & brand new to pool handling, this is NOT the place to go! And being their website offers no customer complaint option, I'm not sure the company cares their employees chase customers to competitors. The irritable employee was snide when I did not know how much was needed or how to store a water sample, my first time to bring one in for testing. He spoke down to me as if I had any idea other being told I would bring a sample & had nothing to say when I mentioned i couldn't have known any of these details. I was polite but said nothing after I realized I was talking to a customer service-deficient & went down the street to the next supply store, where the employees were polite & helpful. Screenshots of my attempts report the employee, when I found no email or contact info for their main office.
