  They are the absolute BEST! I needed a washer/dryer set ASAP and they delivered and installed the very next day! Kay was an incredible sales person, she sent me over information and made the whole process so very simple and quick! Harold and Jonathan delivered and installed the set efficiently! Everyone was so amazing and I love my new W/D!!! Thank you!!!

  We just purchased a scratch and dent refrigerator from Katie Discounted Appliances. A few of our friends recommended this business. The overall condition of the fridge looked really good and we saved a bunch of money! Melisa, an employee, greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. She was most helpful! I recommend this business!

  My recent experience at Katy Discount Appliance was wonderful! Kay was excellent she was personable, professional, and incredibly kind. She never tried to pressure us into making a purchase or upsell us on anything. Instead, she took the time to listen to what we were looking for and talked with us like we were friends. Because of her patience and honesty, we were able to find the new refrigerator we had been searching for.
