  Zack was amazing, he was very through and not salesy. He was even concerned about me closing on my home and instead of making me pay the same day, he invoiced me and reserved the appliances so that I could come back the next week. I highly recommend Katy Discount Appliances, but ask for Zack!!

  We came in on a Thursday, got some info on washer and dryer ,got a good price but didn't get to jump on it. Came back 3days later and the dryer was gone. The prices are great, so if you get a deal on the spot I'd jump on it or try to put them on hold. We did however expressed our needs and what we're looking into buying and budget and they helped us out. We are walking away with a washer and dryer and the process was not long at all. Since we are using finance it took us maybe 10-15min tops to fill out and get everything situated. As we were doing that the employees were wrapping up and getting our washer and dryer prepped to get put into the back of our truck. They have delivery options as well. I'd definetly get a look at the inventory and see if there's a better deal here before jumping to go into the other big stores

  This is my new favorite appliance store. They have a steady stream of quality appliances coming in every week (truck comes in on Friday.) Free delivery and installation within 25 miles. Harold, our installer, came out two different times and did an outstanding professional job with our refrigerator and our washer/dryer set. I will not hesitate to buy here again. We saved a ton of money. Highly recommended!

  I had a great experience purchasing my new washer and dryer set. Chad was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He gave us a very good price, and the installation was included, which made everything so much easier. Jonathan and Harold did an excellent job with the delivery and installation. They were very careful, hardworking, and respectful the entire time. They helped set everything up professionally and made sure everything looked great before leaving. Their attitude was sincere, kind, and very helpful. Everyone on the team was welcoming and enthusiastic, and I’m very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for great customer service, professional installation, and affordable prices!

He also explained maintenance tips and how to extend the life of the machine, which I really appreciated. The dryer itself works great. It dries clothes quickly, runs quietly, and has multiple settings that make it easy to handle different fabrics. So far, it has been reliable and energy efficient, which is helping reduce my utility bills. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service.
