  Kay was spectacular! Customer service was top notch, offered Best deal from r my dryer and even got a surprise warranty at the end of sale. Very knowledgeable, personable and experienced with appliances. Love the atmosphere and selection the store offers.

  We had an incredible experience with Katy Discounted Appliances! We had been shopping around, comparing prices and I am so glad we saw the add on Facebook! The customer service we received in store with Melisa was fantastic and we were so surprised when we learned how much we were going to save compared to other appliance stores. By coming here we were able to afford a front load set that would have been out of our price range elsewhere. Delivery and all parts for installation were included! As for delivery- the team was prompt and courteous. During installation, they switched the door swing direction then tested both appliances. During the test, the installation team identified the dryer was making a funny noise and notified the technician right away. The technician was out within an hour and resolved the issue within 15 minutes! We were so impressed with our experience! Thank you!
