Exceptional service from start to finish! Anissa and Chris were both incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about putting my property into storage and made sure I fully understood all of my options. They answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. Well I was impressed with how clean things were. The unit was easy access to with an elevator that helped an old man out. Chris was very nice and a pleasure to talk too. A quick response to call me back when I had a question. I would recommend extra storage to anyone who needs a unit for storage.
