TLDR At this location you'll have the best experience anywhere because of Christy, the property manager!
Yeah, the property has difficulties like lack of lights in some units (it gets very dark) and such. It becomes expensive after the end of promotional rates corprorate sets. It's location is convenient for most. However, people can elevate experiences and rarely some actually do.
Christy, the new property manager, is amazing! On the whole, competency, professionalism, and respectful customer service (and the common people's real income) have gone down the drain since the pandemic. Somehow, with Christy, all of that has increased! Her leadership sets the tone and she sets the example that hopefully other businesses follow! For example: when there was an error in the system that was a problem for me, Christy rectified it immediately and prevented it from happening again; she shared information about how I could make payments that no one ever pointed out before; she listened (what a novel concept of customer service!) to my questions and explained guidelines and options; she respects all people as human beings and made my lgbtq+ friends feel welcomed; and so many more than I could list here. The only negative is that someone this incredible is definitely going places and moving up, so I recommend using this location now while she's still there! She actually cares about people, and is so knowledgeable!

I have never rented a storage unit before and because it was for a small non profit organization, I wanted to be especially thorough with my due diligence. The manager Kristy, the local staff and the team at the 800 number on site were so patient and helpful with all my many, many questions. They are reasonably priced, accommodating and we really appreciate the flexibility of a month to month agreement. The only thing I would have improved is the ability to more thoroughly review the written contract prior to signing. While the terms were fully explained verbally, there wasn’t a blank copy available in advance. Overall highly recommend.
