I do not recommend this place at all. The traffic here is terrible. They claim the facility is climate-controlled, but it’s impossible to stay there for more than 30 minutes organizing your things because it gets really hot inside. Plus, the lighting is poor; there are lights in the hallways, but your actual unit will be very dark, so don't even think about spending time there to arrange your belongings. The other day, I arrived at 9 PM and saw a young woman with the door wide open—and the area where the storage unit is located isn't safe. She told me they were moving something out, but the open door seemed odd to me. I tried calling customer service, but they never answer at night 😵💫💩. They have a phone line that’s supposed to be for emergencies, but they don't answer it at night.
