Manager Alicia made my move-in completely stress-free. The property is spotless, secure, and easy to access. Alicia went above and beyond to help me pick the right unit size and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Highly recommend this place.

I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Alicia, the Property Manager! I was having trouble getting into my unit, and she truly went above and beyond to help me get it opened. She was patient, friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
It’s always refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Alicia definitely made a stressful situation so much easier!
And a little advice from personal experience: DON’T lose your key! 😂🔑 But if you do, hopefully Alicia is working that day!

Alicia was so helpful during my initial start of the rental unit process. She helped make sure I was taken care of and also has such great customer service. She goes above and beyond for everyone and makes sure everyone has a positive experience at the facility. I would definitely recommend this place to others for their storage needs!

Alicia is absolutely a delight. Despite troubles with my unit, she pulled through like no other, relating to my experience and letting me know she is here for me. Not renting for long but will be passing on this location to any friends who need just for her service. Genuinely going out of her way to make sure i felt comfortable leaving my things on this property. Very glad to have met her while renting a unit here.

Best service I’ve gotten for a storage . Everything was fast and extremely easy. Ms . Alicia helped me very well . She even showed me how to use my lock. She is very helpful and made my time easy. I advice everyone that come up here so services with Ms. Alicia , she is the best .
