We had an awesome experience storing our stuff here! Super convenient - right off the highway, easy entry and exit! We actually moved a little further away while we had the unit, but we decided to keep it because of how conveniently located it was and how simple it was to access. Management is top-notch and extremely responsive. Should we move back in Houston, this is the only place that we'd use for our storage!

I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage, and I highly recommend this location. We rented two of their largest climate-controlled units while moving from a three-bedroom house into a one-bedroom apartment. It was a complicated move that also involved separating our belongings, so the process took much longer than we originally expected.
Throughout the entire experience, Brandon, the store manager, was outstanding. He was professional, understanding, and incredibly accommodating, always willing to work with us as our needs changed. His customer service made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier.
The facility itself is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe and secure. The climate-controlled units were exactly what we needed, and there were always plenty of carts available to make moving our belongings much easier.
If I ever need storage again, I wouldn't hesitate to use this location, and I would recommend it over other storage facilities in the area. Thank you, Brandon, for providing such outstanding customer service.
