I am writing to give a heads-up to anyone considering renting office space there. The noise isolation is terrible. When the neighboring tenant talking or playing loud music and using vibrating bass, you can hear it clearly on your side, and you would not be able to do any serious work or business. If you complain to the office manager, they tell you to keep collecting evidence, and then they tell you they cannot do anything about it. Even though the lease says "providing a quiet working environment", it was just a Joke, so do not waste your money on this place.

There are a lot of big rats here š; I had to throw away one of my belongings. I reported it to the insurance company, but two months have passed and I haven't received a response.
I never imagined that taking my belongings to Extra Space Storage would be like throwing them in the trash; I lost everything because of disgusting rats š. I don't want anything that rats š have walked all overāleaving their urine and droppingsāsince they carry so many diseases. This has left me depressed and deeply saddened; Iām essentially throwing my money š° away. I no longer have that money in my pocket, nor do I have the belongings I worked so hard to buy. On top of that, the insurance company refuses to cover the loss, yet Iām still being told I have to keep paying for the storage unit.
