Beyond expectation! Superior customer service. Brent helped me move in, and Rene went above and beyond by waiting for me after hours so I could finish my registration with my identification and receive my welcome package. The management and staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The facility is like new, built like a military fort, exceptionally clean, and they truly have the best value in town.

Five stars for Rochelle Boutte! She made the entire process of renting a storage unit seamless and stress-free. She was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the units, insurance policies, and billing. She went out of her way to help me find the exact space I needed. The team at Extra Space has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. From Brett being informative on the initial call, the manager taking us on a site tour, and Rochelle completing our final sign-up, they were communicative through the process - even providing follow-up calls closer to our intended move-in date. The facility is incredibly clean. The courtesy carts are in good condition and definitely helped with the move in. We appreciate the great price, the flexibility in the contract, and the app that helps with accessibility. Extra Space certainly has fit our short term storage needs as we transition to our new home.
