Jenna was so patient, kind and knowledgeable in explaining the rental process, answering all of my questions and showing me different units to help me find the one for my needs. Pedro was there when I returned to sign the contract and his customer service was exceptional as well. The facility is clean and they are there and happy to assist you when needed.
