I completed the entire unit rental process online; it was so simple and quick I had my space rented in about 10 minutes without ever having to leave my house or interact with anyone. I love that once you download the app you can access the property and building easily using your phone and the complex itself is very clean and well maintained. I did go in to the office to ask about how to get my lock and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely happy with the whole experience so far.

Tori went above and beyond to match my price increase to an amount that was easier for me. I was surprised by the sudden increase at another Extra Space location and had called her to see if her location had more affordable prices. Instead of having me move everything, she checked to see if it could be matched to a cheaper price since they're the same brand, just different locations. My price was increasing from $49 to $98 😱
Tori is very friendly and customer service-oriented. As she was filling out the form to submit the request, she kept talking and letting me know what she was doing (as a prior CS Manager, I love/appreciate this!). I know it's possible that they may not approve the price match, but I hope they do and I appreciate her telling me that it's always a possibility so I'm not surprised by that, too.
Customer service like hers is why I stay with Extra Space Storage! Thank you again, for putting in the effort, Tori!!
