- JOJennifer Ochoa5 days ago2.0It is hottttt! I can only be in my indoor unit 30 minutes. Within the first 10 minutes I start sweating and by 30 minutes (because I push myself to stay as I need to) I am drenched with sweat and ready to pass out. I've asked the front desk before to lower the temp but I should have to call each time and even though they lower it- it doesnt cool down fast enough. It is very unbearable and it isn't even summer. I've only been in the unit a couple months and it is every time no matter what time of the day. Even in the evening.

Robert on the other hand fed me false information causing me to pay for my unit for two weeks and not be able to utilize it because of his fake information. Glad Yolanda was there to clear everything up.
