- SRStacey RodgersJul 27, 20261.0Terrible experience 1960 location. I've been to the Galleria container store greeted when walking through the door. 1960 rude, nasty attitude. I was followed and watched the entire time racial profiling needs to stop. This store needs to have more training or maybe the employees should look for another job, not in retail.
- SLSteph LJun 30, 20264.0Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Staff directed me to some storage baskets I was looking for. The baskets were quite large and they helped me get them to the register while I continued to shop. When I was ready to checkout the staff handled it quickly and even helped get everything into my car, which was a challenge because of how big the storage baskets were. All in all the team was extremely helpful, knew their product and made it a great shopping trip. The store was clean, well organized of course. Selection was large and had lots of sales which was nice. I was originally shopping online but ultimately decided to come into the store. Glad I did, I was able to find a few other things that I wasn’t even looking for.

The associate was incredibly rude, condescending, talked down to me like a child, and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to compare my shipping receipt to the refund amount. She became visibly frustrated and combative just because I wanted to verify the math myself. It turns out the whole issue was her mistake—she was reading me the subtotal instead of the final refund total. A little composure and collaboration would have solved this in thirty seconds. Unacceptable attitude.
