- MMMelissaJun 8, 20261.0Terrible customer service during a simple return. The associate was incredibly rude, condescending, talked down to me like a child, and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to compare my shipping receipt to the refund amount. She became visibly frustrated and combative just because I wanted to verify the math myself. It turns out the whole issue was her mistake—she was reading me the subtotal instead of the final refund total. A little composure and collaboration would have solved this in thirty seconds. Unacceptable attitude.

Yes, our In-Home Organizers will come to your home to organize any space. They will develop a written proposal that includes our time and cost for products to transform your space. Once the plan is agreed upon, they will organize, label, drop off donations and complete any returns needed.
