- DSDavid SJun 14, 20261.0This place is the worst. Constantly out of inventory that they say they have in stock online. Existing inventory is cracked and damaged. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

- MPM PApr 19, 20262.0Getting Elfa components is generally a hassle at this store. Depends on the day and the associate. Online system showed that they had several of the components I needed (>10 of each). I was initially told, without anyone looking, that there were no platinum components. I then waited for about 10-15 minutes after asking associate to check in the back, and the associate told me that he couldn’t locate the items and I could order online. He also didn’t know the store’s shipping policy. The associate at the front register was wonderful. Immediately she tried to find someone else to locate the items. However, they were extraordinarily slow and ended up bringing the wrong number of items, twice. Never made it to my next destination given this delay which totaled about 45 minutes. Also had to still order some components online for pickup another day because they didn’t give my the correct number of items in the end. They need to do a better job with the organization of their inventory … ironic for a home organization store.
