  Representatives always provide a friendly service. They have great communication skills. They left you know when they are on their way, when they arrive, and when they are done. They inquire whether there are any additional concerns and address them right away. They are very professional as well.

  I contacted this company after having a huge wasp issue. I called a few places before. I got a few quotes but aptive customer service agent. I forget her name, but she gave me a great special and then the guy who came out today did my yard. I work from home so I was able to meet with him and go over the issue and show him the area of what the problem was. He got everything taken for me within the hour and made sure to explain the terms and conditions of the agreement. I can sit on my porch and smoke and play with my kiddos with out having to worry about being stung or attacked by them. I can't be more happier with the service provided today but he young man who come to assist today. Great listening skills and did a great job in understanding my needs :) Ladarius Is the one who came out today. 10/10 what a great job and wonderful service he provided

  Legends Ranch is a no soliciting gated community. We've told your sales team they are not allowed in this community. They've been warned several times now and today law enforcement asked us to report each team member so that they will be trespassed. I will remove this 1 star rating if I receive a response that Legends Ranch is no longer on your map

  Very bad a very bad experience with the agent. he did not do it as i told him. He informed my calls and never respond to sms . Later he said he can’t make other customers mad at him because i did not respond for his call. I call him back after 6 minutes and he all ready was gone . Camera shows he missed many spots and did nothing on the backyard beside walking. He intentionally skipped the garage treatment even though i requested it. No inside house treatment was done or even offered. Very terrible experience

  At first the sprays were much better. The last 3 are a joke. We work & are not home but have cameras. Our home is 4300 sq ft. From the time they right the doorbell & wait 2-3 min. They “get to work” & they literally claim to spray the house & yard? They are in the car & leaving my house 8 minutes later. This week the guy had a “helper or trainee” who did an absolutely nothing but talk to the tech & walk with him. The stupidest thing I saw was that he only sprayed the tops of 3 out of 4 doors. Do they only think bugs come in the tops of doors? I want to cancel my contract. Will not be renewing it. Your company is a ripoff. How do I do this? They have never once treated my yard.
