I accepted an introductory offer and am regretting it. They sent an inexperienced technician who sprayed so much chemical that it ran down the grooves of our flooring and pooled. He also sprayed our leak detectors which set off alarms. We spent the next 30 minutes wiping up pools of liquid and drying the leak detectors. Then we got a phone call with a hard sell for their "program." I told the supposed co-owner multiple times that my husband already has a pest control contract that I didn't know about, but he would stop so I finally had to hang up.

This is the second time that I did not get the inside of my home sprayed for pest Control. Although this time I was not home and so the outside was done only I do need the inside done and hopes that someone will come out and take care of that matter not wait until the next time you show me scheduled, I do not feel that it's fair. The gentleman that came was very thorough with the outside and is certainly appreciated I think his name is Troy or Travis nevertheless he's great what was extremely too busy to come back out because of the schedule he has for the remainder of the day and it's well understood. But I would like someone to come out within the next few days to do the inside of my home to complete my expectations

Very disappointed. I have told them my main concern was large roaches getting into the house and keeping my dogs flea free, well neither are addressed. Two weeks after Service one large roach was crawling in my kitchen, a week later 2 large roaches appeared, one in the entry hall another in the living room, two days later, another was on the wall of my dinning room. These were all ALIVE! I live alone, rarely cook and keep my house very clean. I am also very afraid of large roaches and had to ask a friend to come help me. I now have to keep a can of Raid near me at all times. Also, have spent a fortune on flea treatment for my inside dogs. For the cost of their service, I would really expect better. Even after I complained, I have heard nothing. Seems no one cares. I have used this company several years but will be looking for a new Service as this is just unacceptable. I certainly can understand if the roaches come in and die, these were not, they were very much alive, and 4 is just too many. My biggest complaint is the fact no one cared to respond to my concerns.
*UPDATE* after calling to complain for the 3rd time, someone came out to re-treat my home. The tech was very nice and apologetic. I felt he did a good job. For the first time since I have used this company, he informed me I could have service on the weekend, when I was home to have the interior serviced. Prior to this, they just did the outside but still charged the same price. I guess the lack of communication and the high price still has me a little dissatisfied preventing a 5 star review.

My husband had such a weird and awkward experience with this company. The technician came to our house asking if we wanted a pest control service. My husband told him we already have one but this technician told us they can price match or give us a good deal. My husband agreed and he stood outside to sign the agreement & contract. Gave him his credit card and everything seems like it was good to go. He told us he will come tomorrow to perform the treatment. The next morning my husband gets a text message saying that the contract was canceled because the neighbor was willing to pay full price and they will not be coming. I have proof of text! AGAIN, I want to highlight that he came to US! In the text he said payment was canceled but my husband called the company to double check if everything was truly cancelled so that we would not be charged. Whoever he spoke with said he would need to call back on Monday which he did. Monday he calls back and the person he spoke with said he would need to call back the next day which now we're even more annoyed! My husband said he wanted that confirmation now and explained he had already called enough times on a situation that was ridiculous to begin with.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
