Travis was very pleasant and professional in his approach to servicing our home. We appreciated how he communicated ahead of time to let us know when he was on the way here. He also confirmed with us the scope of work needed before starting. He thoroughly inspected and treated both the inside and outside areas of our home.

They left pools of chemicals around my house on multiple visit. Sadly I have a year contract, so I can't cancel before then. I don't allow them in my house anymore. I just pay till I can get rid of them

While the normal scheduled treatment did not seem to be working, especially on seasonal insects, customer service has been excellent and Aptive have been very prompt in following up with my complaints. The technicians have been very professional too and communication with them has been top tier. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I am waiting to confirm the specific follow-up treatments do their job.

Out of the 5 or 6 to es they were actually going to spray my house had 1 spray I paid for then for 2 months they tried to debit my bank for payment but it wasn't my house that got sprayed the house they sprayed was in texas not Oklahoma so they gave me to sprays on the house for that the 1st one which was last month they sprayed my house the 2nd on which was yesterday they sprayed the Texas place. It's breech of contract on their end not my fault at all. I can say it cutt down on my mosquitos and ticks but that doesn't count as good customer service 2 out if 5 was completed at my house. I'm sure the place in Texas enjoyed the free spraying on me...but not able to give any higher on stars. Disappointed very much. I should be able to get out of contract without it costing me out of my pocket .

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
