  I love the service I have received today from Aptive. Gerald Burton did an Amazing job spraying my house and setting up the necessary traps for rodents. He was on time and very professional. Would highly recommended using Aptive. Their pricing is very reasonable too.

  We started with this company in hopes that they would be able to get rid of the earwigs that we have in our house. After a year of treatments and several retreatments, we are still killing 5 to 10 of them a day. On top of that, since starting the service we now have cockroaches in the house that we are also killing daily. So for pest control services, we have had poor results. It is very difficult to cancel, you have to know what their exact policy is in order to cancel. We have called in twice asking to cancel services, we are in the month that our contract ends. We were told on the phone that we have to call back on one single specific day (the exact last day of our contract) in order to cancel our account. Know that when you sign up, you are paying the initial treatment fee AND 12 months of monthly fees, regardless of the discount that is given when you sign up.

  Terrible service and a very disappointing experience. After nearly two years with Aptive, we repeatedly experienced incomplete treatments despite paying for full service, inconsistent communication regarding pet safety and areas included, and a significant lack of attention to our specific requests. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the standards we expected, and we ultimately decided to cancel. I would not recommend Aptive.

  Please stop having your employees continuously spam the same houses, even after services have been denied. ESPECIALLY when they ring the doorbell and wake sleeping babies. I understand going door to door to gain new clients; my husband used to have to do this early in his career. However, the courteous thing to do is to knock, leave a card, and let the homeowner decide if they want to reach out.

  Scam. Smooth talking sweet little nothings, that’s their moto on getting a sale and getting you in for the first treatment just to drop you in the muddy water afterward. If I’m going to pay monthly like I signed up for I would require monthly services to keep spraying like I signed up for until I know the issue is resolved like their arrangement plan and salesman agreed to and said he set up on my account. Bunch of BS I’m not a penny more I don’t care what kind of deceitful subscription you allegedly signed me up for but nothing will be drawn into this companies scam fund from my account anymore. Go with Orkin they’re more reliable and trustworthy at this point.
