  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Aaron’s location, especially from the manager. I came in ready to purchase a dining room set and asked about the sets on the floor. The manager immediately told me there was only one available, even though there were clearly two on display. When I asked about the other one, she said it was already sold but could possibly be ordered. Her attitude the entire time was very dismissive, as if helping me was an inconvenience. After she checked the computer and confirmed the set could be ordered for delivery next week, I told her I would look around to see if I wanted anything else. Instead of assisting me further, she whispered to another employee and told him that if I needed anything else he would have to deal with me. That was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Because of the way I was treated, I decided not to purchase anything else from this store. The experience was so unpleasant that it has made me seriously consider returning the items I already have. Customers should feel welcomed when they walk into a store ready to spend money, not dismissed. I truly hope corporate or the district manager looks into the level of customer service being provided at this location. 13530 I-10 East Freeway, Houston, TX 77015

  Horrible at communicating! Marie was no help for me and my husband they gave us the run around and was not helpful! We ended up going to conns 🤗❤️

  Wouldn’t recommend Aaron’s to anyone unless you desperately need something and dont have good credit but you better off buying somewhere else. I finished paying something off and a month later they called me to tell I owed them $13 for a payment and i told them the last time i was there i was told it was the last payment so they told me it was for other fees, I was at work and I couldn’t be on the phone so i told them I’ll stop by to pay them when i get the chance since i been working 7 days. Well 2 days went by and they started calling me everyday 3x a day for $13 that I wasn’t explained what for and them when i got to pay them i was told i had a late fee of $10 total of $23 so i pay them to get rid of them but when they delivered my furniture my coffee table was crack and the guy took a picture and told me that it was gonna get replaced once they get one, i called them every other week to ask them about my table and they kept taking messages and reminders but when my payment was due they be calling soon after they open but not even mentioned anything about my table, i didn’t get my table til 6 months later and they offered me a discount which i never saw in writing. They asked if i wanted to get something else and i told them no thank you! Im glad I’m done with them and i wouldn’t recommend any rent to own place to anyone, you will pay 2-3 times the price of the regular price, more than you’ll pay if you were to buy it with credit. Stay away from these places.
