  1 star for the virtual assistant when you call the store. It's so stupid. I tried 3 times to get a customer service associate on the phone and the call disconnects every time. Simple stuff like whether or not the saw is up and running so I can get my blinds cut, since all the AI thing says is "yes they can cut your blinds today". I asked it about the lake Worth store where I bought the blinds if they could be cut and it told me yes. Except, their saw is broken! I don't want to drive around to different stores looking for a saw that's working or a person who knows how to even use it. That's not a question that AI can answer. I try for an associate to ask my simple questions. I get disconnected. Such bullshit.

  Wow! I bet this store have low customer service number. I was standing in line to buy some concrete but the line was not moving I started looking around to see if another register was open lord behold this manager and another manager and sale associates talking to this guy about him running track. I asking can you all move trying to check out have some work to . One would think the manager would moved this talk some where else and not in the space where customers are buying items. 🤷🏽

  I am extremely disappointed with Lowe’s flooring installation process and the way my home was treated simply because it originated as an RV. I scheduled Lowe’s to measure two bedrooms for carpet installation and explained that I live in a trailer home. When they learned it was originally manufactured as an RV, I was told they could not perform the installation because “RVs move.” I explained that my home does not move. It is permanently set up, supported on blocks/piers, and used as a stationary residence. After that explanation, I was called back and given a different reason: apparently the problem was now the “foundation.” That explanation makes very little sense to me, especially considering that many manufactured and mobile homes are also supported on piers or blocks. At no point was anyone able to clearly explain what specific structural condition made my home unsuitable for carpet installation, nor was I shown a written Lowe’s policy explaining the exclusion. What bothers me most is the blanket refusal based on the category of home rather than an actual inspection of the flooring, subfloor, or installation conditions. People live full-time in RVs, park models, tiny homes, manufactured homes, and other nontraditional housing. A customer should not receive different treatment simply because their home does not fit the traditional site-built-house mold without Lowe’s being able to provide a clear and legitimate reason. If Lowe’s has a written policy prohibiting installation in RV-origin homes, they should disclose that before taking appointments and sending customers through the measurement process. If the concern is genuinely structural, then the decision should be based on the actual structure and condition of the home, not merely what it was originally classified as. At minimum, Lowe’s needs to be much more transparent about this policy and provide customers with a consistent explanation instead of changing the reason after the first explanation no longer applies. This experience felt like discrimination against people who live in alternative or nontraditional housing, and Lowe’s should take a serious look at how this policy is being applied.

  We wanted a storm door. We went into the store and got measurements done. My husband travels for work and time got away from us. Apparently after 30 days, your information gets deleted. No one told us that. We had to go back into the store. The gentleman we spoke to couldn’t find any of our information. He said he would give us a call and he did, but something happened to where he needed to call my husband back. He never called back. We went to the store again and talked to someone else. We got measurements set up and they came out to measure. The guy that measured our door said someone would call us when our door came in. They never called. We finally got a text saying they would call to set up an installation time. They never called. We had to call Lowe’s who then transferred us to the installation company. Installation: We finally got the installation scheduled. The time window was from 9am-11m. I called the lady I scheduled with (Deanna) a little after 10am to see what the ETA was and she never answered the phone or called back to check on us. The guy shows up with no heads up call or text or anything. He was nice, but he scratched our wall in our walkway while setting up the door. Then he asked if we wanted to keep the screen door it came with (which we paid for)- it was super warped. The bottom part of the door frame that they had to put in looks messy. Then once the door was set up, we were looking at it and I mentioned it seemed a lot lighter in color than what we chose and the color that was on the box (we chose Pebblestone- the color we got looks white). He agreed with me, but it was already installed so I just said whatever and left it because I was over it at that point. The process from us starting and then getting the door installed was from March-August. We both swore we would never get anything installed with Lowes again and will not recommend it to any of our neighbors.
