Be ware of the new 90-day return policy if you are working on a project that will take you an extended period time at the house. We finally got done with our project and found out a 90-day return policy was implemented after we purchased the items. We don’t need a few parts now we cannot return it because they implemented this 90 new policy. Way to change the rules.

I have never had a green thumb so I stopped trying until this spring. I decided I wanted to add some color around my new house. The associate at Lowe’s Haslet helped me find the perfect ones. Each started out in 1 small 2x2 pot so I was amazed at the growth and beauty. I just can’t believe how full they are now. And on top of that, the couple that Lowe’s replaced the couple plants that died.
Thanks Lowe’s for making my yard beautiful

Cant win with this Lowes. I have had multiple deliveries now come damaged from store. Its a shame because you order store delivery to save time and then it arrives damaged with no option to delver back to store forcing you to drive to the store to return. (Picture attached). If this was the first time I would just chalk it up to a one off. This happening multiple times is a trend. Why are you not checking what you are sending out? Then the sad part is when you go to the store half of the items you need are not there when their inventory online shows they are. Lowes is a good brand but this store is making them look very bad.

No one was available when I needed help. I finally found the lumber department employees on their phones at the corner counters. They didn't bother to get up when they realized I needed help. Even after I came near they didn't move to help. One did finally respond and listen to my question, didn't know the answer but found someone who did. The product I asked about wasn't rated what I needed. Unfortunately none of the employees offered suggestions as to products available that would have met the need. Came and googled my needs to discover they had three different options available. I will not return to purchase my supplies from Lowes.
