- TKTodd Kilgore1 day ago1.0Customer service is appalling. Had an issue with a gift card pin being unreadable. The clerk was friendlly and tried to help. Neither manager I spoke with could have been less interested. Promised their Ops Mgr would reach out...2 days and counting. I am out a $50 gift card, but will be the last $ Lowes sees from me. Avoid like the plague.

- PRP. R3 days ago3.0I hope this place gets it together. The Keller store has more stuff and is better stocked. I feel like the people who do pick up orders at the Haslet Lowe’s take a nap or aren’t paying attention to the orders coming in. You can order a pick up order a day before and the middle of the day the following day the order still isn’t ready for pick up and it’s not like I’m ordering washers and dryers for pickup.

- ESEDGAR STILESApr 26, 20261.0I went to Lowe’s which opened up closer to me thinking I was going to save time and gas money (Gas has went up quite a bit as you know and my time is priceless). I had been there a few times and purchased some items - I was thinking there was that added Military Discount they initially asked me if I would like to be offered - Receipt also states “Thank You for your Military Service”. I actually went to return an item some time later when I noticed there was no Military Discount given (The Veteran that was my cashier was actually surprised that I did not get the discount). I told him this was my last visit. Manager advised me that if there was a sale price already that NO MILITARY IS ADDED. I just felt betrayed as I could have gone to another retailer which had my item(s) at an initial lower price or a Military Discount. I think Lowe’s may just raise the price - discount it at their discretion (With it still at a higher price than another retailer) and this way the Military Discount will not process. Not thinking of Generational Customers - Somewhat disappointed as I put my confidence in your business. Just letting you know.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
