- JBJeff Bergren1 day ago1.0In store experience 10/10, dude was helpful and nice. Delivery dudes, 10/10, helpful and nice. But.. When I spent $3,500 on appliances I told them in store "I am only willing to buy these items if they are delivered and installed, I don't want a project or work." And literally as soon as the delivery folks came they said, "We can only leave the stove in the kitchen but can't install it." Then on the phone she said that is a different package to buy. My exact comment in the store verbatim was, "I don't care how much it costs, I just want it done or I'm not purchasing anything." I can't make it any clearer, and they still make mistakes. I tipped the delivery guys, they installed everything even though they were told not too. And it was fine. But far far far from a smooth situation.

Then we ask for manager. They said ok that they will call them. They hung up the phone. Several times we called. Now they aren't answering at all cause they recognize our phone number.

HD has always been my #1 go to store, but because of these sales, and the customer, i have found myseld spending a lot more time and money here at Lowes.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
