I went to the store to buy some nails to reinforce a wooden picket fence today at approximately 12:30pm. I asked THREE of their associates if they could assist me in purchasing the correct nails. All THREE were clueless. Two stated they were going to call an associate to assist me. Yes, all of this waiting for wooden nails. Worst experience ever. Headed to HOME DEPOT instead. An associate approached me and asked if I needed help and just like that I purchased the nails that I needed within a 5 minute window timeframe.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lowe’s. On June 19, I placed an online order for an item listed at $99.99. The following day, my order was canceled without any notification or explanation.
I called the store three separate times and was repeatedly placed on hold without getting any answers. On my fourth call, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, someone finally informed me that the order was canceled because the store could not honor the price that was displayed online.
I then asked to speak with a manager regarding the issue. Once again, I was placed on hold, this time for over 40 minutes. No manager ever came to the phone, and eventually the call was disconnected.
The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to honor an advertised online price is unacceptable. If a pricing error occurred, it should have been handled professionally and with proper customer communication. Instead, I was left wasting over an hour on the phone trying to get answers. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in Lowe’s customer service.

Run on purchased a lawnmower from lowe's on april fourteenth. The lawnmowers stopped working 51 days later and I called the manager at Lowe's and customer service. And the personal department executive, they all refuse to exchange lawn mower. For another one because it was over the 30 day policy. I'm literally blind and diabetic now. Because the VA failed to monitor my A1CI requested. If they can, please understand my situation, then my mom is right now. Currently, cutting the lawn and we'd rather have it lawn more. That is reliable and we're willing to pay more money for a better lawn. More. All 3 individuals refused when they accommodated us wouldn't accommodate a disabled individual. So I would be careful in buying anything from Lowe's and mind you. The lawn mower is $400. We were looking for elon moore, that was worth buying.Now I have a four hundred dollar brick
