Don't buy appliances at Lowes sales people will tell you things that they should not say ,about the delivery of that appliance . After 849.09 on a new stove, they expect me to waste a days pay at work WAITING for a delivery,was told they would call an give me a time , NEVER called ,after waiting all afternoon for that call that NEVER came I call an was told between 7am an 7pm. Never I mean Never will Lowes get 1 cent of my $ again .

I have been using this store for 3 years now and come to know many people. Today we had great service from Pat B.. When a product we needed was not in the location as stated on the app Pat began a search that ultimately to us from Aisle 1 to the loading area behind plumbing. Dedicated to service and never giving up until every opportunity had been exhausted, Pat led us the whole way and we found what we had originally searched for. Where others would have just told us it could not be found Pat knew her store and knew the product was there. We appreciate all her help. This store benefits greatly from this type of employee.

I find that Lowe's has a much better outdoor garden center than say the other guys, if you know who I'm talk'n about (HD) & the customer svc out there is much more pleasant too. Inside, however, the jury is still out. We're just not quite sure who knows more, us or the employees & that's not saying much...:/ Don't get me wrong, there's some great workers there, but we've just run into a few that we now know to just completely avoid & save ourselves the trouble. If you're doing a project, it's like you need to go to the other guys...ya know who I'm talk'n about (HD). Lowe's is for the LaLa Landers, not the heavy duty builder types...but you can sure get some really good things there. We bought a beautiful rug there & the gentleman that helped us was wonderful! Lowe's is a great place to come & look for home improvement ideas, things that you can do yourself, outdoor furniture, grills, mowers, etc. They're also willing to talk prices too & that's something that a good store does for customers. The other guys, not so much & you know who I'm talk'n about...

I think Lowe's is a great store. They offer a wide range of items and they cover a lot of areas for home improvement or contractor needs. However, they could greatly improve their amount of staff to at least have a person in each department during busier store hours and here is the biggest part have people that have some idea what things are and how to use them in that department. I do understand that you can't have a super knowledgeable plumber in every store but at least train people to know some basics about plumbing or at least people willing to help.
