Called the store and was told they are just behind and given new time slot of 4-7. 30 min later phone rings and they tell me they have no delivery for me coming today at all.and they can't deliver it until late next week,all this after taking the day off to be home for delivery and TRASHING the old bed room set to make room for the delivery. Now we are stuck with nothing for a week at least. Very displeased with the service so far.

- AHAshley HallasJul 17, 20265.0I walked in to Aaron’s a couple of weeks ago and I was greeted by a very nice young lady name Bri she helped me and my husband find the perfect bed and everything that we were looking for she asked us how do we like are bed and I told her that I sleep on my husband chest so it’s him that needs to lay on the beds and find one that he likes, we told her what we could do and we couldn’t do and she works her magic and got us a beautiful queen size bedroom set and we love it, when the TV was acting up we called her and she made it right in a heartbeat, so if you are looking for someone that is really sweet and listens to you and your needs go see Bri at Aaron’s in Greenville she is the best of the best I will not go anywhere else but to her.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
