Do not use this company. They acquired my service from another vendor. Having dealt with service problems, I have tried to cancel my service since June (now end of August) via several emails and written notice. Their internal processes are so bad, they try to make it impossible to cancel. It is actually laughable on how bad their customer service is.

Officer Jackson is our elementary school security guard. He has been great! He is very kind and friendly. He is a hard worker. He has helped with dogs and coyotes on campus, power outages, checks that all outside doors are locked and many other things. Thank you Officer Jackson for all you do.

We just had Fortress Security installed at our second business location and it was another great experience. Kelly Parker was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He made personal site visits at our convenience and made things efficient for our busy schedule. Would highly recommend this service and Kelly Parker!

ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with my security system. The technician was professional and explained every detail to me and made sure we were comfortable with using it. This was definitely a plus since we were first time users of a security system. The Honeywell products are top rated and integration with other Mfg's was a breeze.
