  Henry Picado at La-Z-Boy was absolutely fantastic!! He came to our home to help us design and select custom furniture for our living and dining spaces, and completely exceeded our expectations. He’s hilarious, very artistic, and genuinely creative. He came up with an arrangement that we surprised us both, and we absolutely loved it. The entire experience was fun and easy, and now we can’t wait for everything to arrive! We would absolutely work with Henry again and will definitely be calling him for future rooms and design projects. Highly recommend!!

  Update: Aug 25, 2026 - The store management and store coordinator has exactly different policies. The company refusing to make defect free products available. The lies told are amazing. We bought the furniture a week ago. The delivery crew was quite untrained and refused to help on furniture movements. Besides those problems, the furniture has defects. I have shared photographs with Rae Mendez. I haven’t heard back from Rae. This company prides itself on quality and customer service. So far it has been a very negative experience.

  Jenny and Daniel were very helpful and nice. They took the time to address our needs and concerns. We placed our order today for items selected on Saturday and can’t wait for delivery!!

  Do not buy the extended leather warranty through Servco. It is a scam. Servco does not honor its warranty terms and La-z-Boy accepts no responsibility for the poor quality of the leather that they used to manufacture their recliners. I paid $6k for two leather recliners and purchased a 5-year extended warranty on both. I now have a chair that the leather color has gone from Redwood to a tan color. Very poor quality and no commitment from La-z-Boy or Servco to solve the problem. Save yourself the frustration and purchase elsewhere. I've bought La-z-Boy products for two decades. Won't be buying ever again due to deterioration in quality of the products and poor customer service.
