  I would never ever ever recommend using this service. Be aware of an "Informal agreement" to auto charge you credit card without your knowledge, or approval. I was charged for 3 additional services after I had EXPLICITLY notified NOE that we would be moving and no longer need the service. He originally said he would get the 3 services refunded. After 2 weeks I called him to follow up and he said that it should "be fair for both sides". How is charging the customer for 3 services after explicitly being told we no longer need your service fair to me? And on top of that we never got the 3 services. He charged my Credit card for 3 months after we communicated that we did not need his service anymore. That is complete theft on his side. I never got the 3 "services" and he told me that he would only be refunding 2 because they have a "30 day cancel policy" which was never communicated, even though we had notified him well within that 30 day period. Beware of this and look out in your statements if you have already used this service. Its a disservice to the industry and below standards of good business.

  Grapevine Pest Control showed up on time, was friendly and respectful, took care of my Texas-sized wasp nest in no time at a competitive price. Appreciate that they were upfront and knowledgeable about the chemicals/product they used.

  I have been using his services for almost 10 years. Noe has always provided outstanding customer service. He takes the time to explain any issues and what is being done to resolve them. The service that he provides on the outside definitely prevents problems on the inside of the house. In all of these years, I have rarely had service on the inside of my home. So I am thrilled! Great professional and friendly service!

  I have lived in three different cities and always find a pest control person pretty soon after moving. I'm anti BUG. Noe is the best. He is dedicated to top notch customer service. I have had an ant issue and he has diligently worked with me to get it taken care of completely!! He is super dependable.
