  Officer Jackson is our elementary school security guard. He has been great! He is very kind and friendly. He is a hard worker. He has helped with dogs and coyotes on campus, power outages, checks that all outside doors are locked and many other things. Thank you Officer Jackson for all you do.

  This is a not a good company at all. Very bad customer service as they work mostly from voicemail, cant cancel reoccurring billing as they set you up this way, and they accuse you of things that never happen to keep auto billing your account. There might be better options for you and your business.

  I have been a customer for several years and have been very happy with my security system and the customer service Fortress Security provides. Mark Tate has always taken such care of me and really listened to my needs to help me and my family feel safe. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a security system for our home!

  We have been a fortress customer for nearly 6 years, and it has been a great experience. From the first moment of having the process explained to us, to the installations at different residences, to each time we had an incident and a call was made. The customer service was always friendly and professional. The pricing was reasonable and their services actually had value to us. They always called promptly when we may have triggered the alarm accidentally by breaking a glass or opening a door. We will continue to have fortress at every residence from now on.

  Don’t be fooled by these forced reviews. This company is terrible and the system is not so great. You get charged fees every time the system breaks. Terrible and rude customer service and if you get a lady named Brit on the line you are better off hanging up and calling back. There are two compassionate ladies I’ve spoken to but seem to never get to their lines. And if the system breaks over the weekend you’re SOL and unsecured until the following weekday. Even during the week you may have to wait 3 weeks to get a service tech out and you are still charged a fee and unsecured. Avoid the headache and go with someone more reliable
