  Officer Jackson is our elementary school security guard. He has been great! He is very kind and friendly. He is a hard worker. He has helped with dogs and coyotes on campus, power outages, checks that all outside doors are locked and many other things. Thank you Officer Jackson for all you do.

  This is a not a good company at all. Very bad customer service as they work mostly from voicemail, cant cancel reoccurring billing as they set you up this way, and they accuse you of things that never happen to keep auto billing your account. There might be better options for you and your business.

  Needed assistance with alarm system not functioning correctly at 9:30pm CST. System was just fine today until then. I've never had to call after hours but it turns out there's no one to speak to and you just get a voicemail. Still waiting on a call back. Fortress was good when we got our system from them 14 years ago but since they got bought by some fly by night outfit called "Pye-Pan", their service went into the toilet. They're making the decision to switch to another provider easy. Avoid anything that has to do with the company that bought them - Pye-Barker

  Mark Tate " Customer Relationship Manager" and the owner Jerrod Smith are stand up guys and stand by their word. Great company all the way around. I have been using them for 10+ years and always get reliable service and reliable customer service. When they say they stand by their products a 100%, trust me they do!

  Fortress Security has been an amazing company and did an outstanding job securing my home with internal and external equipment. The technicians were on time and very professional and made sure we understood exactly how to work the system before leaving. I recently sold my home and I had 10 months remaining on my contract; however, Fortress leaned forward and really worked with me to help minimize the early exit penalty fees to where I almost had no out of pocket costs. I will most definitely be using Fortress on my next home and will strongly recommend them to all my friends and family. Special thanks to Mr. Mark Tate who did a fantastic job following up to make sure my account was properly closed.
