Michelle, Has always been a great help has always kept me up-to-date on my Storage Unit and whether or not if I have missed fees or when my next payment and she has always worked with me so I would always have enough time to pay for my Unit ,Michelle goes above and beyond for her customers and has very great customer service attitude and energy . She’s always nice sweet and her energy is always fun and energetic when on the phone 10 out of 10

Super easy process from the time I rented the space, to the time I closed out. The gate codes were easy and never had any issues accessing the storage unit. It was very convenient and I would absolutely rent space again in the future.
