Right when I was about to move my stuff, I received notification that my situation had changed and didn’t need to move and store my items. I called the facility about my circumstances and the lady on the phone was so understanding. She was able to help me get a full refund! I really appreciated her help. She was so nice about everything! I would definitely utilize this place again if my situation changes again and need to quickly move things into storage!
