I’ve had a really good experience with the manager at this storage facility. Always friendly, helpful, and informative. I especially appreciate the communication—calling or texting when needed and actually following up to make sure everything is taken care of.
Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. It’s nice dealing with someone who stays on top of things and makes the whole process easy.

Easy, simple setup online. I went to the office to provide id. We were walked through the process to enter, use elevators, facilty is bright and clean. There were no problems, no issues. They were polite, respectful and answered all questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for very nice storage facilities. I will do business with them if needed in the future.

Renting a unit at ExtraSpace using the online portal could not have been easier. Rachel at the new Georgetown location on airport was super super helpful, especially after I got lost in the basement Instead of going to the second floor.
