    They have a diifferent exchange policy than other stores. They only allow exchanges on kobalt tools. This is after a different employee said they only exchange like for like which i was trying to do. Horrible.

    I was at the store this morning at 7:45 I walked in and adolfo said good morning. I walked passed the pro desk and 4 people including the manager didn't acknowledge me. I went and got a can of spay paint and walked back by the same 4 and the manager looked directly at me and know one still acknowledge me. I went to pay and I told Adolfo know one said a word to me. So I walked over and told all 4 of them that they didn't acknowledge me. The manager set right there lied and said she didn't see me I guess she is blind because we looked directly at each other. You can walk into home depot and almost everyone will acknowledge you. The reason I dont go to home depot because there so busy in the morning. I was the only car in the lumber parking lot. Shame on the manager it was a teaching moment and she lied so now you know why the other employees didn't acknowledge me either The get a 2 becauseof adolfo he really deservesa 5.

    I would not recommend this Lowe’s location and won’t be returning. I had a frustrating experience with an employee named Kaye while trying to return a fruit tree I purchased last spring that did not survive the year. I waited into early April to give the tree a chance to come out of dormancy, expecting to see leaves. When it became clear that the tree was dead, I brought it in for a return. Kaye immediately refused, stating it was just beyond the 365-day return window. What was especially frustrating was her attitude—she was dismissive and rude from the start, and unwilling to acknowledge that returning the tree earlier wasn’t realistic, since it would have still appeared dormant at that time. It’s disappointing that someone in a customer-facing role would handle the situation with so little understanding or professionalism. For comparison, I took the same tree to another Lowe’s location, where the staff was helpful, understanding, and replaced it without issue. That experience made it clear that better customer service is possible—just not at this location.
