  I purchased a project source toilet and it is the cheapest product I have ever had. The toilet seat collapse every time you sit on it!!! This was the worse product EVER!! Do not buy this. Buyer Beware. Lowes does not stand buy their products. Without a good seat the entire product is a fail!!!! They advised me to replace the seat on a brand new toilet why would I buy another cheap product that still has the same brand name.

  Lowe’s Management and Corporate: WHO was working, yesterday, about this time, alone at Customer Service who attempted to dupe me? The contempt for my ethnicity was evident when she greeted me. I expected as much. The energy at Customer Service there has always been bad, and I had not been there in years; the amazing home superstore across the street was my occasion, which, also, I had not been to in years. I didn’t even ask her to explain how merely scanning a bar code (no receipt) would show her the purchase was beyond 90 days. Doing that looked stupid. I asked her when was it purchased, wanting to know. Cannot recall. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Then, when I asked if my cell number or debit card would show the purchase, she said, No, to both attempts. Just returned the item at a location with good energy — employees with integrity. Both my cell number and my debit card proved the purchase. Joke is on you, the tall curly blonde-haired one. 💅🏽

  I have bought so much stuff from this store over the last 5 years remodeling my house and have always been satisfied with the service here. From the paint department to appliances to lumber, everything. Today I had a washer and dryer delivered and installed. Barbaro and Luis arrived ahead of schedule and had them installed, leveled and tested very proficiently. It's the smoothest delivery and install that I've ever had.

  Frustrating that there's not a good platform for reviewing the company as a whole so this is my best option. BLUF: Lowe's needs to make it possible to return delivered items through return delivery, and they need to stand by the free return policy that is listed on the actual product site and that is told to customers in store. The full story: Last month I ordered 4X8 plywood in the Murphy store, the guy was very nice and had it delivered from the Garland store because they didn't have it in stock and I don't own a vehicle to carry such large pieces and needed them full size. I could choose my delivery date and this also came with free return delivery if unsatisfied. This month I ordered more 4X8 plywood through the app which kept messing up, I had to try and place my order 4 times before it went through. This evidently changed my delivery chosen date from Fri (end of week when I could be home) to next day delivery which I did not want. I'll take responsibility for that since I must have forgotten to recheck the delivery date on the 4th and final attempt to order. I was surprised when receiving a message the next day that the item was being delivered. Delivery was good, I was able to have someone open my garage and they placed the plywood inside so it wouldn't get wet. However, I quickly realized the plywood was not what I actually wanted (again my fault). I thought no problem, Lowe's has free return delivery, but I was wrong, that's not an option when using next day delivery (which I did not want). I have talked to Murphy and Garland customer services and both claim I can just return the item online. I can't do it online, the only option provided is to bring it back myself which I do not have a vehicle big enough. This is the point that I stand on for my negative review, Lowe's should provide an option for return delivery for returning delivered items, even if there is a fee. Evidently Lowe's doesn't want to deal with this return. Sadly they are missing out now, in exchange they would have gotten a more expensive purchase for the correct item and retained the loyalty a long term devoted customer who spends way to much time and money at home improvement stores. This is disappointing on my end as well, I do like the employees and shopping experience for the most part, which is the only reason this is a 3 star review instead of a 1 star review. For others in a similar situation, there is a cheaper and easier option through Home Depot. Rent a Home Depot cargo van for $20 instead of $70-$80 for delivery. In the future I'll be going with Home Depot for large items.
