  I bought some parts at this store from a new employee that didn't know what they were doing. I had to return it because it was the wrong part. I have a store credit of $124.48 after a purchase I had a store credit of $76.86. I had the receipt that showed the purchase and the remaining store credit of $76.86 but I didn't have the separate store credit receipt. The store credit wasn't added to the account so when I went to purchase something I was told they couldn't locate the store credit. Sketchy way to not honor a store credit

  The bald guy working here that wears his hat backwards is a pissed off employee. He was mad for me not doing tests before I came in. I kept talking about my pool after he printed out test results then got mad that I didn't tell him earlier about potentially having mustard algae (im still not totally sure thats what i have.) But he snatched the paper and got pissed that he had to run results all over again. I was polite and de-escalated because it felt like he wanted a fist fight. Im steering clear from this store in the future. **Customers beware**

  I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service at this location. The employees here need way more customer training. Advice… STOP PLAYING ON YOUR CELLPHONE WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE IN YOUR STORE !!!!!
