I was moving for a relocation and was in Dallas only for one day. I rented online and my gate code never worked. When calling the store and Extra Space corporate, no one was able to help me get into the unit. The managers promised to call me back, but never did.

Mrs. Rebecca is awesome. Before she came about I had the hardest time getting responses from office staff. Her friendliness is devine. You will always see her either assisting a customer or around the facility cleaning and repairing. I believe she makes it a mission to remember her clients names. I will recommend this facility to anyone.
