After two failed attempts and a very frustrating experience with Public Storage, I ended up coming to Extra Space Storage, and I’m so glad I did.
When I arrived, I was feeling completely overwhelmed with my move. An employee came outside, greeted me by name, brought me a bottle of water, and personally showed me to my unit. She took the time to explain how everything worked, including how to unlock and access the unit, which was incredibly helpful.
I told her I would be back later with movers, and when we returned, she went above and beyond again by bringing water not only for me, but for my movers as well. That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days.
Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made a stressful moving day so much easier. I can’t recommend Extra Space Storage enough and would absolutely choose them again in the future. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
