- JRJennifer RenfroeSep 9, 20262.0So what my husband went through, Aaron's came over about a payment on Saturday the 5th and stated "if we don't come up with a payment, we'll have to make a scheduled date for us to pick up your items!" The only thing is that she stated we were many months behind even though we weren't. She also called again September 8th at 6:56pm on my husband number, my husband started talking first to let her know that y'all will have to pick up their items and then she goes well you guys still owe a balance still, my husband stated "you told me the other day in person that if you can't make a payment we'll have to pick up the items on a schedule date" on Saturday when you made that visit to the house. my husband stated that "I'm now talking to you about what you stated that day you came by" and she goes hold on, and ended up putting him on hold for about 20+ mins and then hung up. This person also has been calling my personal number everyday knowing I'm at work and to call my husband....there had been requests for them to not call my number, call his and they did. They will be losing many customers if they continue to not be professional and often be rude, they will lose us.. Taylor is not professional whatsoever!

Go to Rent-A-Center good customer service and they put the customers first no matter what Aaron's makes you pay over price for same stuff you can get at Walmart cheaper this place is straight up trash out of the trailer park

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
