Ricky Rodgers- sales specialist, the gentlemen that works at the appliance section, was very nice and helped us look into what we were looking for. Only downfall is that Lowes does not offer, pick up during the week when is beneficial for customers.
- RHRichard HerreraMay 13, 20261.0We went in to Lowes for an estimate for Laminate countertops. They gave we an in store estimate and I was happy with that and put a down payment on them. The counter top company, Irving Countertops came to my house to verify measurements. When i checked my email later the price went up $460.00 plus dollars. I checked the details of that "change order". There was stuff in it I did not ask for. It was a bait and switch. Be real careful when dealing with a situation like this. They also claimed the initial measurements I provided to Lowes were wrong. Well my measurements, and overall square footage was exact. They returned all but $120.00 of my money. To say the least, I am extremely dissapointed in Lowes and their contractor, Irving Countertops.

Asked her to check out at 8:30 pm May 11 2026 (you can go through your camera system if you really wanna improve your customer service and provide proper training to your associates.) she denied me to check out n asked me to go on the self checkout station. What a great experience? Shame on your customer first priority.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
