  I bought a $5k+ pool heat pump and installation service. I had a hard time having Leslie’s install the unit (not to mention I had to arrange for electrician myself). Overall, the installation service experience was terrible. Leaking unit that I was told to contact the manufacturer. But the most frustrating thing is that Leslie’s should have refunded >$500 to me. The refund was initiated on 3/14 and on 5/15 it’s still pending on the Leslie’s side. I opened a case with Leslie’s but no one bothered to contact me. Then I called the customer service and explained everything (again). I was told they would call me in the next 24hrs. No one called me so I called them again. This time they said they’d call me ‘in an hour or so’. You guessed right - no one called. I’m done wasting my time and I will take this to the small claims court and ask for the refund + the interest amount for 2+ months. I would highly recommend to avoid Leslie’s if you are the end customer - they’re rude and couldn’t care less about you.

  Great experience every time I need to come in for supplies. I’ve been in so much at this point they all feel like family and that’s truly a really nice feeling. Tara is usually who I see when I make it in, and she’s always friendly and super helpful, especially when it comes to explaining the things I just don’t know yet. Highly recommend this location a hundred times over!!!!!!

  So awesome to have someone like TARA who is knowledgeable and kind. She seems to be the face of this store with lots of insight who isn’t going to just sell you things . Thanks for making this my go to spot :)

  Price Match Promise, not so much. I requested a price match for an item found at Pool Supply 4 Less which is listed in their policy as a place they would price match. The store manager refused to match that price, claiming they don't match "sale prices," only "regular prices." I politely asked him to help me understand where that specific distinction is noted in their written policy so I could understand what applies going forward. Instead of a helpful explanation or a quick reference to their terms, the manager seemed annoyed. There was no apology for the confusion and no effort to provide clarity. He gave me a short, stern, and dismissive reply: "I’m telling you my policy." I needed the part, so I bought it the normal price to get my pool up and running. However, I'll never buy from them again. It always floors me how some retail people treat customers poorly like your business doesn't matter.... all over less than $20. SMH All that said, the young guy working at the counter was very nice. He apologized a couple of times. I hope his manager treats his employees better than his customers.

  Wife and I walked in to this location looking for support on pool sweeper issues. Leo and the store manager made us feel valued and welcome. They went above and beyond educating us on devices, products, recommended preventative maintenance, and cost analysis. We purchased a new sweeper and picked it up the next day. The store manager (she's awesome) had the device lubed and ready for us, and cut the hose so it was comparable to the length of our old one. Great people that taught us a lot about having a swimming pool. It's not as intimidating any more thanks to their guidance. Appreciate the team very much!
