    Stopped in Lake Worth Lowes tonight to get 3 - 4 gallons of paint. The lady behind the counter must not be able to multi-task. I stood there a good 8-10 min while she was doing something on the computer, walking around looking for something and she could not take one second to acknowledge me. I even walked around all sides of the counter to get her attention and nothing. Left without getting paint. I'll stop at the Sherwin Williams store in the morning. A simple acknowledgement goes a long way.

    After multiple fumbles by Lowes and a delivery of ONE LONE BOX if flooring, J*** at he ProDesk took our order for PM pickup at the ProDesk. After taking payment, he left NO ORDER for picking the order or anything. My installer sat in Allen today all day, and so I sent a guy from Garland to pick this up bc the Allen store couldn’t find the product in their own store, and it is 6 pm and no order was picked. Thanks for nothing man. Really I give up on Lowe’s. I know corporate has given you upside down pin card readers, multiple incompatible systems for ordering and made your life a living hell, but don’t take it out on us. After taking 7k, and telling us you would have the order ready, was it so hard to actually do that? We had to drive all the way to Lake Worth, for nothing. This is the THIRD TIME you’ve done this.

    We purchased a new bathroom vanity from there, but upon delivery and unpacking, we found the front drawer was scratched - this was not Lowes fault - it was the 3rd party carrier ESTES that they use for shipping. I hope Lowes will quit using them, they were horrible, but that is another story. I brought the drawer in to have the paint matched and GRACE was extremely helpful, went above and beyond. She was due to get off shift, was working the paint counter by herself and still helping multiple customers at the same time. She spent a lot of time to help match the paint and as I was telling her what happened with the shipment, she arranged for us to get a partial refund. We were not even looking for/nor expecting this and she did this on her own. She suggested I call the manufacturer to see if they will replace the drawer. The paint sample was provided in the meantime. This lady should have been leaving to go home, but she was concerned about making everything right without even being asked. We were just going to touch up the drawer. I hope Lowes knows how lucky they are to have her there. She is awesome !!!!!

    Excellent Customer Service❣️ We recently moved to Azle and have had multiple deliveries from this Lowe's. The whole team has been friendly and above all on top of my orders, reaching out with any delays. Jeremy has kept me up to date on items that are out of stock and anticipated fulfillment dates. The delivery drivers have been receptive and helpful, which I've absolutely loved ❣️ Moving and landscaping is stressful, however the team at Lowe's has made every interaction with them pleasant and stress free ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
