Went twice in a week and both times I asked for help with cutting wood and they said they’ll call someone in. Both times they took more than 30 minutes to come help. I see them walking around giggling and having a good ol time when the intercom had mentioned someone needing help with the wood a while before. Y'all are truly the least helpful store there is.

I bought a defective kabolt manual grease gun when i called customer service they said i can exchange item as long as I show proof of purchase either from receipt or in the app. When I got there I told customer service I wanted to exchange item but the lady immediately put money back on card then said oh there is nothing I can do so instead of asking me if I wanted to exchange or return she took it upon her self to refund witch means even if i wanted to just exchange it was to late I've told her about lowes guarantees on kobalt hand tools which the grease gun falls under that category but she still refuse to hear me out and by that point, it was nothing I can do. The money was already refunded, even though I explained to her way before I gave her the item that I just wanted to exchange it, they only refund the money on. A card. When there's no proof of purchase which I had proof of purchase from the app which I had explained before. I gave it the item.i would of understand if I wanted a gift card or if I wanted cash, I just wanted to exchange the item now I am out the item and have to wait 3 to 4 days so that I can repurchase from another store because I don't like going to places. That has this poor of customer service

I am deeply disappointed by the direction Lowe's has taken with their customer support. It has become completely impossible to get a live human being on the phone. Instead, you are greeted by an aggressive, clunky automated voice system that repeats the same irrelevant questions, lists store hours you didn't ask for, and eventually loops you back to the beginning or drops the call entirely.
Companies like Lowe's seem to have entirely lost the human touch. Technology should be used to make things more efficient, not to build a brick wall between the business and the customers who support it.
When you have a specific question about an order, a delivery delay, or a product issue, an AI chatbot over the phone cannot problem solve like a real person can.
Wasting 30 to 45 minutes of a customer's day just to navigate a broken phone menu is entirely unacceptable. Lowe's, please stop hiding behind automated systems to cut labor costs and bring back actual human beings who can provide genuine support in a timely manner. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
