    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     Hice una compra online hace pocos días, mi compra fue por un total de $245, me fui a dormir confiada que pronto tendría los materiales en mi puerta. A la mañana siguiente recibí un mensaje que decía que no había suficiente saldo y que si no lo resolvía me cancelarían el pedido. Pero en esta cuenta del banco me bloquearon $275 y por otro lado $120, $395 en total. Aún así cancelaron gran parte de mi orden. Llame al banco me dijeron que me comunicara con la tienda, llamé a servicio al cliente me abrió un número de caso pero nada más. Llame entonces a la tienda al tercer día y me dijeron que ya habían sido cancelados, decidí cancelar el resto de mi orden pero no recibí ni una disculpa al contrario el asociado me colgó el teléfono. Por favor tengan cuidado, no recomiendo comprar en línea en esta tienda.

    Worst customer service ask 2 of the employees to get assistance on plumbing because I wanted to buy a toilet was there for 20 min with nobody ever showing up. Apparently they don't need to sell.

    This was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I walked in asking if they could price match something on their app, and they said that they couldn’t (and this is fine) so I asked if I just needed to place the order for in store pick up on the app. They say “yes, and when you place it we will get it pulled within a few minutes” well fast forward over an hour later and this still hasn’t been pulled. I go to the customer service desk to see if anything can be done and they say “there’s nothing we can do about the order because its not in our system” I ask if anyone in the store is able to help me get my items and leave (two items btw) and they tell me no. Don’t go to this Lowe’s store ever if you expect to have a good and smooth experience, will never be back.
