  Visiting this store on May 31, 2026 to purchase some salt and Cu-later and also solicit some additional advice on pool stains that I’ve been struggling to remove. When I showed a few images of the stains and asked what the clerk (Reese C. - according to my receipt) what he thinks they might be, I just received a blank stare and hardly a response. So I continued to provide my thoughts on what I’m dealing with and what I’ve tried so far. He then asked if I’ve tried stain remover to which I replied that I’ve used the Leslie’s Stain Remover without any luck which is the same one on the back shelf. Reese then condescendingly and very rudely says, “We have lots of products on the back shelf.” I proceeded then to go grab the product that I tried and brought it to him which then led to more unresponsive blank stares. I proceeded to ask if they had any tablet holders that attach to skimmer poles as some have suggested Vitamin C tablets for pool stains. I now finally get some movement out of the clerk and he shows me where these holders are but then says, “I’m not sure how chlorine tablets will help a stain.” Clearly he wasn’t listening. At that point I’d had enough of wasting my time with Reese and decided to check out. After leaving, my wife also noted that he was rude and had an attitude with other customers as well. One in particular was coming back in because he had given her the wrong size of something. This store IS a Leslie’s “PRO” store if I’m not mistaken?? The service and attitude was far from a “pro” level and this individual and store should be ashamed. There’s no reason for anyone to waste their time at this location unless you know what you need or want and can get in and out without engaging any of the employees. Don’t expect any level of assistance or friendly service. Huge disappointment.

  Employee was rude as soon as I walked in. I asked if they had a pump wrench and as soon as I pulled the broken out without even looking he said “nope”. I asked if he could order it and he said idk he began to gloat saying he knew everything but then tried to sell me a pump clamp. I told him he didn’t know it all and I flipped the page to show him what I needed he got upset and proceeded to claim to know it all. Ordered my part and I’ll never go back

  Scary, they sold me refurbished unit they knew it was not working properly. After I returned it they tried to sell me something else. After I said I don't want it at all, I am still waiting on return money to be posted at my account (15 days after). I have to hire investigator since Leslie's corporate office saying they posted it and my bank is saying they are not. This was $800 item. This is not my only bad experience with these guys. I came back because I was afraid to buy item online that I knew very little about. I was hoping to find help. Shop online, don't go there.

  Best staff on the planet. Kathy absolutely rocks, she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I've owned my first pool for about 6 months, and the staff has been nothing but fantastic. I will never go anywhere else.
