    I called a few min. To closing and ask if they would please stay open my maps said I would arrive 1 min. After 6. Thank you to Louis, he said sure he didn't mind. Even though they didn't have what I needed, I was still able to purchase sand for my filter so it wasn't a loss on either end. Bonnie and clydes is my normal go to and they said no they couldn't wait 1 min after so so I will be returning to Leslie's more often. Thank you again.

    If you want customer service, don't go to this store. Ive been waiting for 2 months to get an simple answer on how to warranty a Hayward pump that I bought in May 2025 and it went out in October. I called middle of October and was told zi needed to talk to the ageneral Store manage Ashley. I called and she wasnt there, was told she should be in Lake Worth the next morning, I went in and she wasn't there. Finally October 27th, I go in to the Blue Mound store to buy a pump and I happen to as Brittney the Assistant store manager about the warranty since the pump was only 6 months old, she doesn't know anything about warranties so she does a video call with Ashley. She passes me the phone, I tell her the situation and she tells Brittney to get all of my info and send to her and she would look into it and call me back. Weeks go ny and nothing so I call and Brittney answers and just tells me that as soon as Ashley gets an answer, she would call me. Just assumes shes still lookinginto it weeks later, didn't even call her to get an update. Weeks go by again and I call again, now 5-6 weeks after I initially talked to Ashley. Ashley answers the phone, and has no idea what I'm talking about so she obviously never followed up with my inquiry. She takes my info down again and says she would look into it and call me back as soon as possible with a solution. Here we areb9 days later amd she still hasn't reached out to me. It's obvious that tue GM could care less about her customers. How she run 3 stores with such lack of responsibility is beyond me. Now it's going to cost me thousands to get the pool running again since not only do I have to buy another pump for $600 but its extremely green and the water chemistry is trash now so I'll have to spend hundreds on chemicals to get the pool to safe levels when ai could've just paid for a new pump and kept maintaining the water levels. I wish they would've just told me to go screw myself instead of stringing me along, making me think they were going to help me. Don't buy from the Blue Mound, Watauga, or Lake Worth stores, since those are the ones she manages. I'll leave pics showing my communication being only outgoing calls(not including when I stopped in to get an update) and a pic of how the pool looks now because of their laziness. I inow it doesn't take 2 months to get an answer on how to warranty a pump

    I needed to buy parts for my pump. They were very patient and helpful in explaining how the parts went together. I even called them when I got home and they answered all my questions I had a very positive experience. They were courteous and professional
