  I have a salt system in my pool, and it was time to get the salt level back up before the water reached 60 degrees. I needed 20 of the 40 pound bags of salt, and assumed I'd just handle it all after I paid. Instead - Ashley not only provided a flatbed to get the salt out to my truck but she loaded half of the bags (400 pounds)!! I am not used to this at other locations - I plan to go to this Leslie's from now on. Thank you Ashley!!

  I guess they dont want to work at this location. They supposedly open at 9am according to their sign, I was there at 9:10 and waited til 9:30 but nobody ever opened. I left amd came back right before 10am and the Leslie's van was now gone from the parking lot but doors still locked. I guess I'll have to start using one of the other locations

  Last year we enjoyed working with Alex, but so far this year there is a rude young man there. He refused to sell me a product because I didn’t bring in a water sample. Went up the road to the other store in Watauga and he was very pleasant and sold me what I needed. Lost my business at that store now.

  Poor service. Been to several stores in the area. This is the only one that was difficult to just get a sample. He said my handwriting wasn’t legible. The number was on the bottle. He didn’t want to work today.
