  Very disappointing experience at Leslie’s Pool Supplies. I was there the other day and had two 100-pound buckets of granular shock to load. Not once did any employee offer to help me, even though it was obvious I was struggling with the heavy buckets. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. The employees are consistently rude and seem to have an attitude whenever you walk in. They rarely acknowledge you, don’t greet you, and often make you feel like you’re bothering them just by being there. Customer service goes a long way, especially when you’re spending your money at a business. I understand employees have busy days, but simply saying hello, acknowledging customers, and offering basic assistance with extremely heavy products shouldn’t be too much to ask.

  Called in because they had a part listed in store, i’m back-and-forth trying to explain exactly what I needed with the part number and they told me eventually after 15 minutes of putting me on hold and then asking me again for the part that it was only available in Florida. However answered the phone was rude, and I will not be going there anymore. Terrible customer service, and rude staff.

  4 stars. Not 5 because every employee looks and acts like they hate their job. Next time I'll add an employee photo for proof.
