Mya is AMAZING! In a business that unfortunately deals more with people in hard situations most places have very tired fed up employees.
I've been using storage facilities for decades. As long as Mya is there I won't go anywhere else. Where she goes, I'll go.
If you think Customer service is a thing of the past? Come see her at Extra Space on Mandy, her attitude and work ethic have rubbed off on everyone.
I usually use storage for work but this time it was personal, and during a very difficult time. Mya has been a HUGE help. She started at this location the day before I called the first time and I didn't meet her in person until months later.
Extra Space, if you don't promote her quickly, I'll steal her once I can afford her!
