I had a great experience with this storage facility, and I especially want to recognize Layla for being so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me find an option that saved me money, and she was always very nice and professional. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. I occupied a unit for two years at this location, having just moved out recently. I had a positive experience the entire time and when I had questions they were always addressed promptly by staff. Upon move out Jacob and Layla demonstrated great customer service and answered any questions I had. The move out process was a quick and smooth one. I would use this location again for my storage needs. :)
