I lost my property because of what I experienced as a rat and pest infestation at this facility. I first made management aware of the issue around 09/30/2025. I’m not sure whether the problem has since been addressed.
If I had known about the infestation before renting, I would not have stored my belongings here. I hope this review helps someone make an informed decision. The condition was not disclosed to me when I rented the unit, and I later found reviews suggesting others had reported similar issues before my experience.
If you’re dealing with a similar situation, you may want to research your rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), particularly regarding the nondisclosure of known material information before a consumer enters into a transaction.
Also, read the rental agreement carefully. If it contains an arbitration clause, check whether it provides a deadline or procedure to opt out.

I had rented a unit yesterday and when I went to put stuff inside realized it was going to be way too small. I called and spoke with Ashley and she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
