I enjoyed renting here how easy they made it. But when it came down to my brother in law having a heart attack, and trying to make payment before and after auction they sold my stuff explaining the issue. My husband that passes away his stuff was in that unit and my granddaughter just asked to get sentimental stuff out as in photos and stuff they have from her kids. They couldn't even do that and wouldn't make it easy for her. They also don't know how to stay on the same page, you have one person telling you something and the other telling you it's not like that. Honestly this is the worst experience, and will not be using them again. I lost years worth of stuff over the office people being bullys!!

Absolutely, the staff here is amazing! They’re incredibly friendly and always willing to help you with any situation. However, be cautious, as you might get carried away in conversations. lol.
Apart from that, I highly recommend renting a unit here. The staff is absolutely fantastic—helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful in their work. The pricing is also very reasonable.
Another great thing about this storage facility is that it’s an indoor climate-controlled space. This gives me peace of mind knowing that my belongings are safe from the extreme Texas heat and cold.
