I thought the building was BRAND NEW—come to find out… it’s 6yrs old. So, not only does Jordan ensure great customer service to everyone who rents storage at this facility—you can be assured that your personal belongings are in a clean, well-kept; well-maintained…(rodent and pest-FREE environment)! You couldn’t ask for better management and oversight and standards than that! Thank you. ☺️

A lot of long conversations that don’t really go anywhere and you walk away feeling like nothing got solved. This place has been completely different, and that’s because of the facility manager, Jordan. Every single time I’ve come in or called, she’s been genuinely helpful and actually listens. When I first got my unit, she helped me figure out exactly what size I needed and which one would be the most convenient unit based on my needs. Later on when I needed more space, she made the whole transfer process smooth and stress free. Even small questions get thoughtful answers, which is rare in this industry. It’s the kind of customer service you don’t expect anymore, and it makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for storage in this area, I would absolutely recommend this location. Jordan really sets the standard for how this should be done.
