Rent goes up all the time and when you move out even if you clean it out and make it nicer than when you moved in, they still bill you and won’t refund it absolute do not recommend zero stars

Needed to get a storage today. Looked around and was able to find a storage nearby. Extra Storage had the Book Online option on Google Maps that had a great online deal. I drove to the store and mentioned what storage size I wanted and was told the pricing with the online deal. I was able to get the unit that quick and easy with a small payment today.
Makayla helped me through the process and made it very seamless and easy. She had a great attitude amd demeanor. She was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. What customer service should be.
