- AMAmanda MAug 14, 20261.0**LOCKSMITH THREATENED ME** I had called for a locksmith Thursday afternoon not knowing that my maintenance supervisor called one as well. Both showed up on Friday morning and I explained to the Extra Locksmith employee that there was a misunderstanding between me and my coworker and apologized and stated I didn't need his services anymore. Immediately the locksmith got in my face and said "I don't care that isn't my problem you need to pay me a service fee right now" We did not sign a contract, there isn't an invoice, when I called and inquired about the price the office staff stated they'd come out, inspect the doors/locks and give me an estimated before starting. He continued to walk towards me yelling at me, trying to intimidate me into paying him a service fee and when I told him to leave he said "make me leave little girl" when I said he needs to leave or I will have him escorted off my property he said "oh you're so big, you're a thug, you wanna play gangster? Let's go outside and I'll show you a gangster". When he saw I was on the phone with 911 he walked out. The front office called me and I explained what happened and they apologized but still tried to get me to pay a service fee. DO NOT give this company your business/money. Extremely unprofessional and downright unsafe.
