    Having just relocated from Memphis after two years there, this SW Fort Worth location was a ray of sunshine! I had such a great experience. The store was immaculate, and every employee I encountered was incredibly friendly. In the first 10 minutes, three different team members asked if I needed help finding anything, which was appreciated. I worked retail for almost 20 years and this was a 10/10 team. The checkout line got a little long, but assistance was quickly called and additional help arrived. I was disappointed that the Americana bunting flag I came for was out of stock, but I was still able to find some great pillows and flags. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience!

    Called to see if product was available at the Byrant Irving location in Fort Worth. The representative stated the item was available. When I got to the location. The item I was looking for was there. However all the items were junk. 10 out of 8 were missing things on the items or broken. Plus there is no one the the floor to assist you. They have to call for some one , after waiting 30 minutes. I just left.

    I use to avoid this location in past years until the new manager, Mericl (sp?) came onboard and whipped this store into shape. What once was a hot cluttered trashy mess is now a clean, neatly stocked & wonderful place to shop. The entire staff is really friendly and I just adore one checker named, Annie! I sometimes line up my check out so I get to visit with her for a few mins. If you haven’t shopped here in awhile, do yourself a favor and stop in soon! You won’t be disappointed!

No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges.
