    AtHome is great. We've shopped here for a number of items of the years which are typically very good quality. We also purchased some outdoor furniture over the past year which did not hold up well. We were able to get a refund for everything within the return window. However, many of the items were out of the return window. Upon reaching out to AtHome customer support, they were able to help remediate the issue. Overall, happy with most of AtHome's purchases. Importantly, I'm very happy with their customer support. Definitely will be back to buy more things for the house :)

    Extremely rude staff came up to me cussing at me because someone ELSES dog had an accident. Coming up to patrons and falsely accusing them is a bad rep. Never coming here again.

    I was shopping in store and found an accent chair on sale.I asked if they delivered and they said yes. They took my delivery information; 2nd floor, elevator available, will meet driver at back door to let in. Driver ended up dumping my chair in the first floor mailroom, and texted my package location after he left. Apparently it’s a third-party company called Roadie that At Home uses for delivery. I asked the driver to deliver it to my apartment door as I am a widowed 60-year-old woman and could not get the chair from the mailroom to my apartment. He texted back that he does not do that and I needed to get in touch with At Home. I called At Home and she said she would make some calls and get back in touch with me. She did not get back in touch with me. I had to call back and when I did, I was informed that they would not let me return it and get a refund even though it was not delivered as arranged when I was sold the chair. She also said that she found out that their third-party company only delivers to the first floor. So I was left with a huge (and turns out damaged) box in the middle of the mailroom with no other recourse, but to struggle to get it up upstairs by myself. I used a dolly, injured the back of my hand, bled a lot, and when I got the chair to my apartment, I found the chair damaged! It correlated exactly with the damage to the box! Here’s my issue: Why didn’t the employee for At Home, who arranged my delivery, not know that their third party contractor only delivers to the first floor? They could have simply said “oh I’m sorry we don’t deliver to the second floor “ and I would have been on my way without buying the chair. That simple, but she did not know her job, which directly caused the problem and At Home did absolutely nothing to correct the situation.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
