I’m very pleased with the service from our pest control company. They did a great job identifying and knocking down five wasp nests around the property and made sure to inform me about everything they found. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the situation clearly. I’m very happy with the service and look forward to continuing to do business with them. Highly recommended!

I was told that my first treatment would be free, but you charged me $81.11 for my first treatment and forced me to call you to get it fixed. Even though you gave me a credit of $81.11 towards next month’s service I still had to call to get it fixed. If I hadn’t called, you would have charged me the $81.11 for the service and nobody would have reached out to me to get it fixed. I shouldn’t have had to call you to fix it. It should have been taken care of prior to the treatment of my yard.

They no showed on an appt for last month. Called support and they gave differing answers, one of which was “we didn’t have enough staff”. That’s what the supervisor told me, before she says she could t credit back April because it was a recurring contract.
10/10 avoid like the ex you still owe money too.

Their pest control service is good. Their CUSTOMER service is beyond atrocious.
When I signed up, it was for quarterly treatments. Quarterly. Every 3 months. 4 per year. At some point, I got "upgraded" to some "Pro" plan and they started coming every 5-7 weeks. That's *twice* as often as I signed up for, and therefore twice as expensive. I have called them FIVE TIMES to try and get my original quarterly schedule again, and am always told that it's "not possible" because "the system" sets appointments and they can't override "the system" (which, surprise surprise, is AI driven).
So if I want quarterly treatments, I have to call every time the AI system schedules one 4-6 weeks after the last one and tell them to reschedule it for three months after the last one. I can't even do it online because you can only go two weeks out from the current date when scheduling an appointment online.

I had to enter a contract to start. I did not love that requirement, but over the year that I’ve been using them, we did not have any issues with flea season, and had noticeably less mosquitoes from prior years in our neighborhood. Haven’t had any issues with ants, wasps, or spiders either. The email and text notifications make it clear and easy when I’m scheduled for service. All the technicians text when they are on their way, ask if I have any concerns that they can address, and text when they leave with photos of all areas treated.
Overall great service, great communication, and great treatment plan for my yard.
