I had a great experience with this pest control company. From the beginning, they were punctual, professional, and thorough in explaining the services being provided. Any questions or concerns I had were answered clearly and accurately, and the pricing felt very fair for the level of service provided.
I’m usually apprehensive when it comes to door-to-door solicitors, but Mathew was genuine, knowledgeable, and never made the interaction feel pushy. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable with moving forward.
I also really appreciate Colton for taking the extra time to answer additional questions and address my concerns. Overall, the experience has been professional, transparent, and positive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pest control service.

Difficult to get someone to come out and actually do the service we pay monthly for. Was supposed to have someone come end of July they scheduled the appointment and then canceled without telling me. Rescheduled for August 1st at 7:42pm to tell me they would arrive in an hour. Which I refused because nearly 9:00pm to service the inside of my home is crazy. They rescheduled for August 15th a morning slot and did not show up again and did not tell me they were canceling!!! Finally I called and complained with a lack of apology… I finally got someone to come out on Monday. These are not the first issues I have had back in April they made there own schedule and came out and treated my home when I had no idea they had made an appointment that time at least they apologized and said they had a new system. Horrible communication and system. As soon as our contract is up we’re done! Can’t wait to get a service that I call schedule and appointment and they show up. Pick someone else.

We signed with Aptive because of their large presence and no contract and have been with them over a year. The prices increase with no. Notice and what used to be exceptional customer service is now less than sub par. My new plants/flowers have been overrun with insects and pests even though they have been treated and retreated more than enough times to clear out any infestations from the small contained garden that previously had no plants until this summer. We don’t have a particularly large influx of bugs to take care of so our yard is far from being a big job and the backyard is all turf and patio. I don’t think their new pricing line up with the services offered in their quarterly packages. And from the treatments received this summer, they don’t seem to work at all anymore. Unless the areas that attract pests are not being treated at all.

We switched from another bug company because the prices kept going up , should have just kept the other company , now im paying for something that isnt even working . We havent seen not one dead bug inside or outside , we have actually seen a increase in bug activity. Everytime we get a text saying they are coming out to spray the either dont show up or they come way after they say, even had a time where we wasnt home and they said they went by and sparyed , but i have cameras on my property and there was no one that came that day. Tried to cancel and they said it was $200+ to cancel . Not right to have to pay for something that is not working

Our initial service with Aptive was great, and the techs friendly and communicative, the customer service agents for calls were friendly and easy to work with. Then, quite suddenly the pest control and customer service dropped completely into the gutter. We would often not get service, call, get scheduled, only to have no one show up- though they were sure to bill for services. I called and the customer service agents were no longer stateside, and not customer friendly. I tried for several months, calling several times, and it was the same thing- poor and argumentative customer service on the phone, and missed pest control appointments. We got so sick of this cycle that in the middle of summer- we cancelled. We paid a fee to cancel, which for us was worth it to get rid of them and their billing for services never received and have customer service agents argue with us.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
